Taste: Sweet and smoky quite a lovely combination. Nose: Phenolic more on the 'industrial' side (rubber) than on the 'organic' side.

1) When the first Isle of Jura distillery was founded in 1810, it was under the name 'Small Isles Distillery'.Ģ) You may think that I've mistakenly used a picture of a rum distillery in the Caribbean at the top of this page.
